Themed with “New Cooperation, New Vision”, the 1st Convention of Mexico Lifan Motorcycle Distributors was held in Guadalajara City of Jalisco State on Sep 24. Over 60 guests including distributors and professionals from across the nation as well as local media attended the meeting.
The event was inaugurated at Hotel Villa Primavera in the suburbs of Guadalajara, the second largest city of Mexico, on Saturday morning. A dozen of new motorcycles such as KPR200 and XP200 were displayed in the hotel courtyard, which were all specially-designed models for Mexican customers and highly praised by dealers after 2-hour review and test riding.
In the beginning of the conference held later in the afternoon, General Manager of New Lifan Mexico S.A. Alex Wu delivered a keynote speech on Lifan’s new plan on Mexico market. After introducing the business sectors and global marketing strategy of Lifan Group, he shared a analysis report on the motorcycle market and explained the new policies of Lifan Mexico in marketing products and service as well as dealership support.
Sales Manager Enrique Robles then gave a technical presentation for the attendants, elaborating the specifications, selling points and competing edges of the 10 new models to launch in Mexico. The dealership discounts and MSRP prices for all Lifan motorbikes were also released. Preorders were taken in the conference room and an estimated 300 units were sold within half an hour.
A convivial reception dinner followed in the evening to mark the end of the Convention. Drinking tequilas to the joyful tones of Mariachi, all participants enjoyed the night of friendship and future cooperation.
